In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, our top most priority is the safety of our customers, staff members, and the community. We are still shipping across the United States and our customer service team is still here and ready to help you.

Please be aware and assume there will be delays regarding the shipping of your order. There are many factors causing these delays and were are doing everything in our power to work around them.This is an unprecedented situation that is affecting every component of the supply chain including raw materials, manufacturing, labor availability, shipping capacity, driver shortages, and more. We use this this information to determine your most likely ETA.

Due to Covid-19 related constraints, we can not guarantee shipping times, therefore delivery times are estimated. All custom products should be expected to take an additional 2-weeks. 

We apologize for continued delays and appreciate your continued patience as we work to get your products to your door as quickly as possible. We are doing everything in our power to restock affected items and can not expedite shipping at this time.

Increasing demand in the past few months means a number of our products are now out of stock. Unfortunately, this has caused increased ETAs longer than we would like. We try to only provide delivery timelines when we are confident we can meet those expectations, and we are working tirelessly to maintain that standard in the wake of this pandemic while ensuring the health and safety of our community.
